Here we have another heritage meal: Dolma. This dish has been around for centuries within the Caucus and Mediterranean regions. This particular variety is filled with rice that is cooked with tomato paste and spices which then gets placed and rolled in thin delicate pickled grape leaves. It is then topped off with freshly squeezed lemon juices to give that lasting pop of flavour.
