UPNOLA (our granola)

Muun Chi's rendition of granola. This is the only member of Muun Chi who has organic maple sugar.  Maple sugar is packed with minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, and zinc, and vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and B6.  Muun Chi felt that some folks may not quite be ready to give up the taste of sugar, so we added a touch of this lower glycemic sweetener to our prebiotic grain-free granola.  Enjoy!  It's still great for the gut!
