Wild Harvest
Join us for an intimate evening of "Wild Harvest: a Farm to Table Experience," hosted by Root, in collaboration with Bee Wild Collective and Zou Beesou on Sunday, May 19th, from 5-9 PM in the picturesque Palos Verdes Peninsula.
We'll kick off the evening with a honey-tasting, led by internationally-trained honey sommelier Alysa Quitoriano. She will guide you through an exploration of the visual, olfactory, gustatory, and textures of various monofloral honeys harvested by Bee Wild Collective in Southern California.
Following the tasting, Chefs Alejandro Aynie and Diego Flores will serve a Mediterranean-inspired four-course meal made from locally sourced ingredients from LA farmers' markets, with each dish complimented by our local Bee Wild honey. Vegetarian options are available. Tickets are $60 per guest and include the honey tasting, dinner, and drinks.
